We often assume that it's someone else's job to make things better.

Someone else will raise their hand. Someone else will share a helpful idea to unblock this project.

Someone else will take on the responsibility of leading this thing forward.

Saying "yes, I'll help," puts you on the hook. Now, it feels like an obligation.

But what if saying yes wasn't an obligation but a generosity instead?

What if raising your hand gets the ball rolling? What if it inspires someone else to share their bright ideas?

Improvement isn't all-or-nothing.

If you can't improve it, who will? And when?
